Its a good app - does what it says it does and works smoothly.
This software is really helpful in planning and organizing your time, and really helpful when it comes time to write invoices. The desktop version has additional functionality which makes this product really useful, especially for the consultant in the field. Keep up the good work Mathias!! And thanks!
Lets you track your time without much hassle. Very simple interface with easy to use sliders to alter time entries. Ive used a few other apps/sites to manage time entries, but this is my current go-to for quickly tracking my hours. Watch integration is also a breeze to use.
As a freelancer, I appreciate this simple and efficient app. Special mention to the push notifications : ) To be totaly perfect, Timely should allow us to report a task in an other day instead of having to delete the one on which I didnt work and create a new one later.
Barely functional... poor if you consider youre likely using this because you pay to use Timely.
Works great, and I especially like the calendar intégration :)
The Timely app is brilliant. This applies to the Mac app and the iOS app. They sync together really well, allowing for a fluid transition from Mac to iPhone when Im on-the-go. One of my frustrations is the control flow when the app is unable to reach their servers (usually caused by a lack of Internet connection). At this point, the app logs you out and asks you to re-enter your credentials. A lack of connectivity should prompt this information, not log you out. Other than that, love the whole Timely experience.
Cant even login!!! Dont waste your time downloading it.
Its too bad for my iOS 7.1.2 on iPhone 5S.
Almost perfect, except the position of the delete button. Most my coworkers mistakenly deleted their tasks to close the task view... There should be a "OK"button to close the view, whereas the delete button should be knocked back to avoid mistakenly deleting tasks. Id appreciate your consideration!! Ps. Also, Slack integration is necessary!
Nice idea but much more work is needed. Bug after bug, app quits or crashes often - twice in 10 minutes. iOS7 tests are reqiured (I have installed version with iOS7 fixes already).
I have used a couple of apps for time tracking and this one is my fovourite. Id appreciate though if it woild not show me that Ive earned $0 if a project has no hourly rate (sometimes you do things for fun). Also a chart with hours logged every day would be useful, so I would not have to swipe through the days to see that.
I love clean and simple design, synchronization between multiple devices and desktop, and the ability to start and stop timer from locked iPhone screen. Ill give it 5 stars when the app properly remembers my login informations so I dont have to type them in every couple times when I open it.
As time tracker doesnt work b/c stop tracking when phone is blocked. Can be used as calendar/agenda only. App for OSX seems more useful.
Add timer with PullToRefresh dont work iPhone 6 iOS 8.2
Im using it for time management between my main involvements. Works nice for me. Wish better reports but csv works too
As a result - have an app deleted
This is not a standalone app, but a shortcut to open Timely in a borderless Safari window. This takes ages to load (because it loads all the UI elements every time) and also a significant amount of time to sync (which is strange when I have like 10 entries). It logs out with every little connection loss (like moving around and connecting to a different wi-fi), looses all active timers and I have to enter my login and password again.
I would give 4.5 stars to this app, because I really miss notifications for planned tasks. Also some additions like pomodoro technique would be handy as well. Overall - well done.
